Videohub Smart Control Pro has been designed to be easy for customers to self install. Multiple destinations and the take button feature allow a single panel to be used for multiple devices connected to the router, and dramatically lowers the cost in large facilities. Using "add videohub Control" by typing the IP number (as showed in server preferences) is not working. Remote Videohub and Videohub Control are not working over network. Remote Videohub stops working when USB cable is disconnected, though connected over the Network. Remote Videohub is working fine, as long as the USB link is used. Subnet, gateway and Mac Address are fine, so in theory it's all there to make it work. Videohub Server preferences shows that the unit has gotten an IP through DHCP. The remote Videohub soft (V 4.9.4) is working fine when connected through USB link.Įven with the unit linked through USB, Control Utility doesn't see the unit. The software however (VideoHub Control Utility) is not seeing the VideoHub. I have installed a Smart Videohub, of which the hardware is working fine.
